PC on a platinum wand

hi, well i dont own this item but thinking of purchasing one so would like to know a rough price range so i know what to offer...

the stat of the item i am looking for is:

(gold)
platinum wand
max dmg req 8(smite, prot, or healing dosnt matter)(just must be req8 and belongs to the monk class)
+5 energy while health is above 50%
halves skill recharge 10%

Well you won't find one with a Healing req, but for a Divine you'll probably pay 100k+ and for Smiting you might find one for 50k-75k with those stats.
