Yesterday when we were gvging, all of us in gvg team received a pm from the same person at the same time who advertises for a site which sells GW golds :
"Cheapest gold X $ for 100k gold, fast 24/7 delivery" or something like that.
I don't know if it is a bug or someone can do something with servers and exploit

I have reason to believe thats probably not a genuine link but just an implied link to somewhere.
O'course I could check it and see if it leads anywhere... I've just never come across an address ending in ".abc" before.

[Edit]: Checked. It doesn't lead anywhere. It isn't a valid link, isn't meant to be, and hence isn't advertising.

I don't say you to click the link, but you should have realised that is obviously a non-exist URL. That bot send a different link, and I just make an example with "somewhere" in its URL. And ".abc" domain names don't exist as far as I know.
Just curious if it is some bugs or so. But if is just a spam bot, then nvm.

That couldn't possibly be a bug - the chances of that happening (a bug that spams you with advertisements?) would be astronomical. Totally spam-bot. If you got a screenshot of the person who sent it to you, i'd report them immediately. :P

Most likely your group was seen on observer mode, and then just randomly spammed. As Mournblade said, report them if you have the name.
