Shields must be: req 8/9 strength (no higher) or req 8-10 tactics (I will consider req 11 depending on the mods). Other reqs are useless. Mods of interest: health always and either -2 in stance, -3 while hexed, or -5 20% chance. They can be a little bit off when it comes to the health modifier. Other mods I will accept: dual damage reduction; +10 armor vs specific damage (+10 vs cold, slashing, etc) with -2 in stance, while hexed, or -5 20% chance. Hey. I'm interested in buying a gold or purple dual modded Kappa Shield (found in factions only). As far as I know there hasn't been any reports of inscribable ones dropping from HoH chest or other places. If by some act of god somebody finds one, hit me up
