Price check on ODD eternal Shield??

I have a max blue
Eternal Shield
Armor 16 (req 10 strength)
Blood Magic +1 (13% chance while using skills)

Is it normal for necro skills to be attached to warrior stuff??

Not unusual. I have a shield with a divine favor one.

not super common but not of value either... sorry

I have a few like that, one or two that are 30hp +1 20% death, curses and such
