N/Me Disenchanting corupter

hey this is my first build, it;s desgin to be able to remove skills and spells like spell breaker, any suggestions are welcome, and please note i am willing to change

o i am considering changing corrupt enchantments for spiteful spirit, so any coments are welcome....

Mass enchantment removal seems kind of pointless.
