Here's something most people notice in his first day of playing and then forgets, to never think about it.
The idea is not in the index, neither appears on searches, so...
What about more types of bags?
- To keep the size of the All bags panel (F9), bags over 2 rows high would have a scrollbar.
- Major(purple) and Superior(gold) runes would be found as monster drops ONLY. They could have an NPC trader, thought.
- Many runes would change the skin of the bag.
- Major and Superior Bag runes would require you to use the previous rune first, so you'll have to use the normal, then the major, then the superior.
- Although you won't be able to recycle bags, using a different type of rune may either have no effect or banish the previous one like armor runes do.
- To prevent storage abuse, a character won't be able to use two bags of the same type. Including the holding ones. So the 20 'of Holding' slots would stay the same.
Rune of Holding
Like the one we currently have. This will replace having two bags, leaving the third slot free for another different bag type.

- Superior: From 15 and 20 slots.

another issue on storage and/or organization.
in most cases you have enough bag space unless you have like half your inventory filled with other armor sets for your character and what not...
they can add all these runes that you've listed above except make them storage upgrades for yourself i think that would be more unique then having to go through a bunch of bags.
