Storage management improvements

So Anet isn't saying anything about storage increases.
Base storage increases after 3 chapters is something many people want but this thread is not about that.

Instead this thread is about suggestions on how Anet can improve management of our existing allowed storage.

It takes way too many clicks to move storage between characters on the same account.
Login toon1 -> move from inv to storage -> log out -> login toon2 -> move from storage to inv.

Why can't this be simplified to
Login toon1 -> Move from inv to inv on toon 2
Or at least
Login toon1 -> Move from inv to storage -> move from storage to inv on toon 2.
It's the SAME ACCOUNT - why make us jump through hoops to organize stuff??

The above would only be accessible at outposts (to combat commercial farming and artifically inflated stoarge instantly accessible)
This would give us lots more freedom and we could manage storage using individual toon inventory but at an account level.

Secondly some people (including me) have multiple accounts - I have now linked all my accounts via my plaync profile.
So some amount of account linking is possible - why can't this be done for storage and UAS?

That is a very good point about moving inventory from character to character. Maybe instead they could make it possible on the character selection screen to open two characters' inventory at the same time. That would make switching stuff around much easier.

I would suggest adding 3 tabs to the game, they would all be similar to how the materials tab works: a keys tab, a collectible drops tab and a misc. tab for dyes and holiday items.

Linking accounts would also be very nice, if only for the skills and the inventory management issues. Then again, it would make the 2nd Proph. CE I just bought very expensively redundant!
