PC on two shields please

Hi, I know the istani shield is on the rare weapons thread but I'm getting a lot of conflicting information about them, hence wanting to confirm.

Shield 1
Gold
Istani Shield of Valor - Req 10 Str
Armour 16
Health +60 While Hexed
armour +9 V Blunt Damage

Gold
Goldleaf Defender - req 9 Command
Armour 16
Inscription - Through Thick and Thin - 10 v piercing damage.
