PC on a Fiery Zodiac Longbow of Shelter.

Now it says 'req9 15%always -10ar, ~100-150k' on the 'Baseline Pricing on Rare Skin Weapons' thread but I was still unsure due to the mods on it.
A second opinion, anyone?

Still should be around 100k~
