It seems too strange and rare (not to mention useful) to not have any value...

worth a little something if you can find an illusion mesmer to sell it to. I wouldn't merch, personally, just find a pvp player.

It really depends on who wants it and what they are willing to pay
If someone really wants it, I would say 50-80k

I would say around 25K, it would do much more if it not was Req. 12.
