Need Help Choosing Skills

I have a lvl 20 ranger/monk and I need help choosing the right skills to make my character the best it possibly can be. I'm lvl 20, beaten the game, and explored about 75% of the map. If anyone can help me that would be much appreciated.

A list of build can be found here. Besides, there are no particular build that's better than the other, its just a matter of where you are and who you play with. Staying with the same build and not adapting to situations is less effective than changing build in most cases. It's always a good idea to ask your group what they need or if you take henchies, then you can adapt the henchies' build to your own.

The only time you really need to change your build though if when you enter a different region (I.E: Going from Southern Shiverpeaks to Ring of Fire).

Also, I should've asked this earlier, but which campaign do you have? It does make a difference.
