-Emissary of Grenth and Lyss. Manipulating Time and Space by his/her will. Fallen Angels with Supporting Wings filled with Enchanted Feathers. Helping allies by Increasing their fighting abilities with Time and Space also by Enchanted Feathers of the Emissary.

Time Sink[Elite]
-Environmental Spell, 15e|3c|60r : While Casting, Every creature adjacent to you moves, attacks, activates skills and recharges skills 25-50% slower. This Spell's Casting Time increases by 2-9 seconds.

Time Siphon
-Environmental Spell, 10e|3c|30r : While Casting, You are Immobilized and All Adjacent Allies' Speed Increases by 10-33% and Foes' Speed Decreases by 10-33%. This Spell's Casting Time increases by 2-9 seconds.

Hastega
-Stance, 5e|2c|25r : For 9-17 seconds, You move, attack, activate and and recharge skills 33-50% faster.

Dart Arts

Needles[Elite]
-Dart Attack, 5e : Deal 10% more Armor Penetration to Target Foe. This can't be Blocked.

Shuriken
-Dart Attack, 5e|2r : Deal Slashing Damage and 5-10% more Armor Penetration to Target and Nearby Foes.

Kunai
-Dart Attack, 5e|1r : Deal 5-15% more Armor Penetration to Target Foe and 2 other Foes in the Area.

Time Arts

Lyssa's Clock[Elite]
-Environmental Spell, 10e|3c|25r : For 9-15 seconds, You are Immobilized and Creatures within the Area gains Time Feather, This doe nothing. When Lyssa's Clock ends. Affected Creatures goes back to the Location where they were when they recieved this Spell. This skills Casting Time increases by 10-25 seconds.

Time Feather
-Spell, 5e|1c|30r : For 5-15 seconds. The Next Skill you cast Recharges instantly. After Casting, The Next Skill you cast, Recharges 100-50% Slower.

Renewing Clock
-Spell, 5e|1c|45r : Your Spells(Enchantments, Hexes, etc), Signets/Glyphs and Skills(Stances, Preperations, etc) are Renewed. But your Skills are Disabled for 12-5 seconds.

Cloak Arts

Ethereal Curtain[Elite]
-Disguise, 15e|2c|30r : You Take no Damage from All Sources for 10-25 seconds. Whenever you are hit by an Attack or Spell you lose 50-25 Damage.

Lunar Cloak
-Disguise, 10e|2c|30r : You are Invisible and whenever you are a Target of a Spell you gain 1-3 energy, For 9-21 seconds.

Red Phantom
-Disguise, 10e|2c|30r : You gain 50-75% Block Attacks and you Attack 25% Faster for 9-15 seconds.


Functions:
-Chronology is you buff and debuff.
-Blade Arts is your weapon mastery.
-Time Arts is your support.
-Cloak Arts is your defense.

Darts System
-These weapons are the weakest but the fastest weapons in the game and they can also hit 2 Other Foes nearby to Target Foe. These are the Gatling Guns of their Era. They have same Range of Shortbow/Spear.

Disguise System
-This may not be a new system but unlike the normal disguise you get in missions this ones can buff you in battles and changing your whole fighting style.

I. Environmental Spell
-Emissaries have special spells which supernaturally Controls and Manipulate Time.

II. Immobility
-When using Environmental Spells their are some skills Granting Immobility to you.
While Immobile you can't Move, Cast and Hit but Stances are Welcome^^.



Strengths:
-Able to slowen enemies for limited time.
-Able to Disguise self to trick foes.
-Able to Dodge Attacks.


Weaknesses:
-Some Equipment can't be used on this character.
-Chance to be Immobilize when using time spells.
-Does not have any Self-Heals at all.
-Weak defenses.
-Easy to kill.

sounds cool except the cloaking make it a little too strong. be a great multi target fighter though.

This is much better than your previous CCs. As always, I'd say focus on the unique qualities of this CC: flying and time manipulation. Also create a cool identity and backstory.

A lot of the ideas you offer are too powerful. With level 12 Sword Dance, this character could hit six opponents at once. Time control is powerful enough to be the only strength of a class. You don't really describe flying but I imagine it's pretty powerful. Don't make a class that can kill anything at will... give it weaknesses too.

A note: taking control of a character away from a player is generally a no-no. What's the fun in playing a game where all you do is sit and watch? I'm referring to the Time Stop skill.

Possibly try this:
Slow Time{E}: Every creature within range (except you) moves, attacks, activates skills and recharges skills X% slower.

Or, to create less weirdness in the game:
Haste{E}: You move, attack, activate and recharge skills X% faster.

One thing I have a bit of problem with.... the attributes...
Sword Dance, Wing Arts, Chronology, Esper Cloaking

While I do agree each sound promising, functional, and cool... I just don't see why they are together... Seem they are more like glue on, rather than revolve of a central main theme.

I would make-over this CC as a Psion (think Psylocke from X-men), in which you could still have a Psy-sword type of attack, Levatation (flying), teleportation, teleknesis (range attack), and mind hexing type of thing.

Oh yeah, and like most of other comment, its from a personal bias, as I have another CC in mind that has Time control and teleportation.... Thus much of my diagreement is a perfernce thing, and not necessary flaw of your idea.

Yeah, I know all of those prob.
I realized all those probs after making this CC.
as in after (literally) but I had no time to fix it^^.
cause it was already late and tomorrow in that day was already a weekday(School Day) so I had to sleep and I didn't get to fix the prob^^.

Sorry, Actionjack I don't like the idea of Psion.
I was thinking of a Shape-Shifting, Dancing Macambre Type not a Psychic Fighter kind^^. But it sounds good^^.
Please help in naming my Attributes so it would all sound same.
Also in finding Images^^.

its a good "concept" but not balanced.

many skills just say they are "slowed" or "sped up" but you do not give ammounts of time and many of them are unballanced

but all together they are not together, meaning like for Necro its based around death and dark magic, elementist is elements, ritualists is communicating with nature, ect.

this just doesnt seem "together"

This CC uses Deadly Dances to Kill Foes and are able to Manipulate Time(Enviromental Spells) and Space/Gravity(Time Art Hex Spells). The Esper Cloaking in the other hand is just a Special Ability they know for Survival nothing Wowing for Esper Cloaking.
