Salutes friends Guild Wars. I have some doubts and believes what you may be me help. My personage that's a E/ M. 1- It is possible take Grenn Itens the Koosun Fire Staffs or the Rangos Flame Staffs playing barely the campaign Prophecies. 2- It is worth it buy the keys from the mercader on city or it is best attain the items killing the monsters. I am em Crystal Abandoned and always I had these doubts.

Not quite sure what you are trying to get at, but Rago's flame staff can be obtained in Prophecies with a lot of luck or if you have lots of money then you could buy it 
Koosuns staff is Factions only though, so again you could farm it or buy it - depending on your cash flow.
What are you referring to with the keys? I like to have keys with me to check chests, there is always a chance of getting a good drop from the chests. Same goes for normal enemies, they CAN drop good stuff, but it does not happen everyday
