It doesn't have a second modifier. However I have seen people buying req 9 death zodiacs with just the inherant 20%HCT for 10-15k. This could be a hard sell though, so don't expect to do sell it in a few minutes.
Yeah the reduces disease is the 2nd modifier. I would of thought more, I know HCT would knock the price up loads. Ah well gonna use it on my Necro anyway. Thanks for the posts guys.
