The skeleton shield maybe a 1 or 2k if you are lucky. Probablly best to merchant and get the 400g.
I'm not sure about the vertbreker.

The zodiac axe could be major $$$ though. 80k.

I agree with [email protected], the Vertebreaker has a high requirement but a Sundering mod. Salvage.
