PlayNC Support!

Has anyone had to get help from PlayNC? I went to change my game info (ID, Pass, Email, etc). Inside the game it took me to PlayNC website. I have a second account that is Prof only and went to change the game info and was able to do it within the game with no problems. SO, I go and create an PlayNC account and find out that I had done this some months ago. Next I go to PlayNC support find out the ID I used. Boom, you have to create another PlayNC account (My Stuff) to get support. Four days later, I still can't change anything. Needless to say, I am ticked off ~ had I been trying to change password due to account being hacked ~ nothing I can do. Why did they change account management? We should be able to play and update our accounts within the game. Having to go to PlayNC is stupid.

You know you wasting your waste complaining here on the forums. No one here works for NC Support.

I've never had any issues getting a responce. I suggest you update the question you ask which will alert them that your chasing it.

Whining on the forum will gain you no favours.
