Changing Guild Halls

Hi Guru people

I need your help to answer a question i have been wondering on for some time. It's really a question in two parts.

1 - Can you change your existing Guild Hall? I persume you just need to buy a new one with a new Sigil?

2 - If you purchase a new Guild Hall, do all the mods/upgrades you had bought for your old Guild Hall get transferred to the new one?

Basically, we have a fully modded Guild Hall and i have been thinking about changing it, but dont want to waste a all the gold spent if the mods dont go to the new Guild Hall.

When we changed Guild Halls, everything switched over. All of our people (Merchants, Skill Trainer, & Rune Trader) all came with us. I think the only thing you need is a Sigil...
