PC on sword mods (not on list)

Looking for a price check on 2 sword mods I didn't see on the list or in the forums.

Sword Pommel of Deathbane +20% vs undead - Someone told me that this was pretty hard to find perfect, anyone know what it goes for?


Sword Pommel of Dragon Slaying +19% vs dragons - Also told that this is somewhat sought after by dragon farmers.
