Req 10
1 off max damage, 6-27
Inherent Mod: 15%/-1 energy regen
Zealous
+29 HP

I would normally salvage this, however I am aware of how rare the 15%/-1 is and since prophicies made it's debut, this is the first time I have seen one. Any valid PC would be very much obliged.

Then you got lucky and found an indiot. I would have trashed the axe, it's not rare or worth anything except for limited use and whomever paid 55k got ripped off...
