Same here - tons of "to do's" on my list as well.
1. Create a character with an Assassin or Dervish primary or secondary.
2. Complete Nightfall with my Warrior, Ritualist and Necromancer.
3. Complete Factions with my Ranger and Warrior.
4. Complete Prophecies with my Ranger.
5. Clear the UW and FoW.
6. Get max on any title other than Protectors.
7. Finish getting the Drunkard (1) title on my Ritualist and Ranger.
8. Finish about 20 uncompleted quests in total on all my characters.
That's quite a PvE list, and I have a huge PvP list. Needless to say, I'm glad Chapter 4 isn't coming out for a few more months.

In 21 or 22 months, however long its been i've never:
-beat prophecies (yes i never actually beat it all the way even though i've had it for 22 motnhs lol)
- gotten 15k armor (considered getting it for the first time when i got my derv)
-had more than 80k
- been in a very popular guild
- gotten a black dye (black dyes hate me)
- danced in front of a naked ele with my warrior
and that's pretty much it

Bottom line, I play how I want to (just like everyone else) and I have fun. An arbitrary checklist cannot quantitate total fun recieved though. However, IF those're your goals just start with one and begin checking them off. If you need help, a good guild goes a LONG ways.

- passed DoA (Deep and urgoz are nothing against DoA)
I have:
- maxed out 8 PvE characters
- passed Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall campaign many, many times
- played for 1843 hours in past 12 months (been AFK for 3 monthis in that 12 months)
- maxed 4 titles on main charater
- explored everything (except DoA)
- Got 2 Hi-end drops in Deep in single run (got Edge and axe while they costed 100k+15 ecto each, so 200k+ 30 ecto in one drop^^)
- all tytles started (except Champion, my guild isnt that hi rated)

- plenty more which i cant remember at this time
