do summit axes drop with inscriptions? if it dropped in proph can't it not have an inscription?

Summit Axes don't have inscriptions, no. I put that there, however, because that is the inscription that the effect would equate to. I added that it was a "(Prophecies Drop)" so that the reader would know it was not interchangeable.
