PC on Dragoncrest Axe

Hey, I would like a PC on this gold Dragoncrest Axe(Clean)

Stats:

Slashing Damage 6-28(Requires 9 Axe Mastery)
15%
-10 Armor(While Attacking)

I know that adding mods usually doesnt help but would adding the usual perf mods increase the price to where it is worth it? Thx
