AS i looked at my characters today, it seems that the prophecy chracters have 15 less attribute points than the other caracters, and i attempted to do the factions and nightfall 15 attribute point quests, however my prophecies characters are not eligible. Can someone please list what quest and who gives it that reqards a prophecy character with 15 attribute points?

There is quest after u ascend in desert and quest obtained in Droknar's Forge.

The 15+ attribute quests come much much later in the game compared to how fast you get them in Nightfall. I don't understand why Anet moved them so far up in the game in NF. I guess its because of the faster leveling pace and they want you to be maxed and at lvl 20 before you go to the mainland; where as in Prophecies the leveling pace is much much slower and thus why you get them so much later into the game.

nf 15 attributes are easy to find because they are primary quests. Cantha is after minister chos estate and zen daijun.Tyria's are much much later.
