I've just found a req 9 Curses Accursed Icon with the medusa head skin and I wondered if it's worth anything. Right now it has "Ignorance is bliss" inscription but I can mod it if it will significantly increase its value. Any tips regarding its value are appreciated.

They used to be really popular, with prices going around 20k, at the moment i'd say you would get a reasonably quick sale if you put your b/o price at 10k (you might get more, but they are reasonably common these days).
I wouldn't bother modding it, sell it as it is.
