I have two mods that can be used on wands:

Have Faith (energy +5 while Enchanted)
Hale and Hearty (energy +5 while health^50)

I'm not exactly sure what these are worth, but 2k each seems like a fair price to me. Contact ingame, Kai Swiftblade.

I have a perfect wand wrap of memory, hsr of item's attribute 20% (guru is 3-10k, so 7k?)
and a perfect wand wrap of quickening hsr ALL spells 10% (guru is 2-3k, so 2k?)
