just as a heads up, those going for the explorer title can now enter part of the starting zone in Shing Jea Island. Its probably just during the event so get it fast!

Good heads up for those non-canthan character who missed the festival. At the moment the area that is open is worth a good 0.3%. Once the festival starts you will probably be able to get upwards of 0.6% im guessing.
