Collecters edition

guild wars prophecies collectors ed. I wanna get it but i cant find it anywhere [cheap] at all. i can only find on ebay for about 50+ pounds and on amazon for about the same price help anyone? pm me if u got any idea.....

yes, the collector's edition is a one time printed.so the prophecies is very rare.i bought mine off of ebay for 150 dollars (USD). so thats pretty much the standard price for collector's prophecies.

if you already have propchies, you can buy the upgrades from thier online store.its about four usdollars. it's just for the special online weapons that came with the one million edition.if you dont have propchies, i would just reccomend buy it like that in the box.

na i dont have propchies and app no1 sells it anyomore -.-'. I've only got fractions so far. hoping to get nightfall collectors hopefully .

Get the Nightfall CE quick while http://www.amazon.co.uk are still practically giving it away.

So wait.... how do you get the special weapons once you've bought it?

I bought this upgrade a while back and then promptly forgot about it.... I'm not sure what its supposed to do or anything, and have been confused whenever I've thought about it...

The upgrade / added weapons was not with the Orginal GW CE, That was with the latter re-release Game of the year edition. You can for $5.00 get that added to your account.

There were pre-order codes for the original GuildWars to get items but that came from the pre-order boxes for those. Original GuildWars did not come with any "bonus weapons".

The CE gave "Divine Glow" to all your characters.

The GuildWars "special edition" had a code to give you some extra bathlazr faction points for some free unlocks and exclusive direct song music pack which gave you the orginal sound track + 4 tracks found no where else. It does NOT give you divine glow.

if you got the weapons pack upgrade from the online store, then when you're in town type /bonus in the chat box, and the weapons will show up in your inventory. you can spam it many times as you like, so you will never lost them. also some of those weapons are rather good for the heroes as well

tbo the special edition doesnt seem to be much different and the game of the year edition but i suppose i still want them few extras...... and i can buy the game only a few pounds extra for the special edition. Ty all anyway for the help ^_^

The special edition gives you a few PvP unlocks for free, the Game Of The Year Edition gives you the following 7 special edition items...

Nevermore Flatbow - Ranger Bow

Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (req. 9 Marksmanship)
Lengthens Poison duration on foe by 33%
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)

Tiger's Roar - Elementalist Focus

Energy +12 (req. 9 Energy Storage)
Halves casting speed of Fire Magic spells (Chance 20%)
Halves casting speed of Air Magic spells (Chance 20%)

Rhino's Charge - Warrior Hammer

Blunt Dmg: 19-35 (req. 9 Hammer Mastery)
Damage +15% (While Health is above 50%)
Armor penetration +10% (Chance: 10%)

Wolf’s Favor - Monk Focus

Energy +12 (req. 9 Divine Favor)
Halves casting speed of Healing Prayers spells (Chance 20%)
Halves casting speed of Protection Prayers spells (Chance 20%)

Luminescent Scepter - Mesmer Wand

Chaos Dmg: 11-22 (req. 9 Domination Magic)

these definately help with kitting out your heroes and are even available in presear, so they are worth getting

Oh, and they are available from the ingame store for £3, so bonus

mmm this game of the year edition sounds better with the items i can sell ... coz tbo i wouldnt need um.

can't sell the items, can't even put them in a trade window

All of the bonus items can not be sell to anyone, also all the bonus weapons, shield, focus etc are already customized to you so noone else can use it, apart from your heroes.

wow... tht sucks big time... i dont have nf to get heros >_>". so they would be in storage for a long long time

just trown them away if you dont use them, you can make them as many times as you like.
