for title: all 25 missions again on hard

I lost my maxed title today for Protector of Tyria because of the new update. My question is:

How do I do a mission on 'hard' difficulty level? Can be that its not yet implemented since the update is only 1 hour old, but just in case I am missing something...

Hi there. Check this thread. Your Protector title will be changed back today, to recount as a maxed title. Hard mode has not yet been implemented.
