Dwayna/Grenth-dedicated districts

Seems the general idea, in the American districts anyways, is that even districts are for Dwayna, and odd ones are for Grenth.

I think the meaning of ANet is not control, but a sorta random thingy. As i doubt ANet would want a group of people to start bashing others for not listening to them. In fact as in the beginning everybody thought it was just hats i think you're gonna see a lot more people gather at Grenth (in europe at least). Just a sorta random thing which sorts itself out (as those who have hats probably want antlers now).

I for one am certainly not gonna go to a certain district cause it is a "designated" grenth / dwayna area.

at 3 PST can everyone please camp @ American district 71 for Grenth. i got the hat, i want antlers now!

Is it possible to have both? Like a hat the first time and antlers the second?

Mate of mine stood near dwayna, grenth won, he gotta hat.... so this seems all pointless

I was kinda wondering about that myself because I saw many different people with headgear, lots of hats and lots of antlers running around.

What district for the midnight one?

We are in desparate need of fellow antler lovers in LA district 15. Even for something as simple as this, the selfishness of most is made apparent, I mean there are 42 even districts and 42 odd ones, and people still won't listen, spend the 30 seconds it takes, and move to get the hat they want. I've been announcing this in D15 for the past hour:

And I've honestly had multiple people PM me and say they don't understand, or others asking what district they're in. . .

Just wanted to bump this up and say that Lion's Arch District 15 is officially a Grenth district after much hard work and almost 3 hours of protesting, so if you want your antlers, come on over as it's getting close!

After some hard work somebody did, I noticed they got in the order of odd Dwayna, even Grenth. I wonder who...

It seems you get the headgear of the god YOUR at anyway..:\ Atleast that what people are claiming.

So who "wins" makes no difference.

False truths, I'm afraid. Everyone in the map gets the headgear of the god who wins. I was at Grenth and Dwayna won by a landslide and poof, Yule Cap for me.

For those like me having trouble finding a Dwayna dist, come to International Dist 10!!!

It's the god that gets the most supporters. It would look odd in an even district, seeing dwayne say "muaaahahahaa I have the most followers" when everyone was gathered around grenth, now wouldn't it?

The odd/even concept is something the players seem to have adopted, so people know what district to go to for what outcome. It avoids confusion nicely. Its not something built into the game mechanics, just a convention the players came up with.

I think you only have to be anywhere in the district as soon as the fireworks start. With one character I got a Yule Cap while running around near the weapons crafter.

crap, next one is 12:00 and I just logged on for the first time today. Does this mean I missed halloween and wintersday! GRRR! Repeat the stuff next year, please! But that doesn't mean don't add on even more next year!
