i like staffs like this! it can be considered perfect because its duel moded and the cast speed chance (%) is maxed, nice mods for an earth ele too, plus great skin.

ill second Bongo's pc, possibly more

but the secondmod imo is wrothless weakness is no degen
just u deal less dmg in melee

No, weakness makes your physical attacks deal less damage. Useless to a caster.
