Wild Blow

My character is a level 5 D/W, and i own both nightfall and prophecies, although i have yet to start a char on prophecies. According to the wiki, wild blow can be purchased from tohn in kamadan, but i have checked him repeatedly and found that the skill is not present. Is this a bug, or am i missing something?

It's there for me (under "No Attribute"), but possibly because it's been unlocked by my Warrior in Prophecies?
If it's not appearing for you, all I can suggest is you create a Warrior in Prophecies and do the quest to unlock it (it's not that far into the game).
