I believe it is just the area and the lightning, it should look like that on any decent computer.

Its in the Domain of Anguish, there was another dude that first posted a screen shot in Gloom with this crystal thing you can pick up and move around. Its for a quest. Fow helm dyed white and 15k ascalon helm dyed old black and 2nd.
Had this combo for awhile it looks best with Fow, works with, kurzick, ascalon and the new knights helm according to blawho's post. ^
