15-25k max imo if you find buyer, it has 19% HSR (not max) + non max dmg, too bad... otherwise would have made over 100k IMO. Get more opinions.

It's not max. Your staff is worthless, I'm afraid.

You can sometimes get away with -1 off max from either the inherent skill recharge or the dmg, but here you have both. That completely kills any sale value.

Salvage +5 then sell the skin to merch.
