PC Tattooed Scimitar 15-22 req 10 (inscr)

What would the above sword be valued at?

I know its valued at about 200-300k in the rare weapon thread, but it seems this sword is much harder to find as max damage and gold than many others.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance
