lots of skills never before seen in the lower section, some have "call" or manipulative-esque names (Summon= to call, to bring to existence from another realm or area.) examples= "'Don't believe their lies'" , "Vanish", "Dissapear", "Oracle Link", "Janthir's Gaze".
I don't know, but some of these look suspicious for a new profession or new skills that will be appearing in other campaigns.
Manipulator Idea Likely, See This Gwiki Article

The call skills are references to Ranger skills... call of haste, call of protection, etc. I doubt they're skills for a future campaign; more than likely they're skills from past campaigns that were either not implemented or drastically renamed.

They are possibly for new skills but I doubt they are for a new profession. They all seem to go with existing professions. Look at where the skills appear in the list and you can tell what profession they are for.

Ehhh, take a quick look through and you'll see they look alot like skills from a much older version of Guild Wars. Best example is the skill Disappear, whose description is "You disappear for 10 seconds." That mechanic is NOWHERE in the game, not even in beta, and I would like to think Anet is too smart to be planning something like that for the future. I think these are skills from the days before beta, back when the GW engine looked like WoW. Yeah, that old.
