not an unidentified Prophecies or Factions item?

certain skins are NF specific, certain ones aren't, beyond that, no real way to tell if it hasn't been ID'd

best thing to do is to completely aviod buying unided stuff unless you are going for your wisdom title.

however if you are trying to buy say the Req 9 Unided Sephis and other big money items... you shouldnt these have been tested for there mods outside the temple of balth. Its a very easy thing to do, you'll most like pay way over price for a +15 vs hexed or a 19% while hexed weapon.

if you know its a nf weapon thought and you trust the person who is selling it then I guess its okay.. guildie or something.
