halves skill recharge of channeling magic spells(chance:20%)
halves casting time of channeling magic spells(chance:20%)
Channeling magic +1 (20% chance while using skills)
halves casting time of channeling magic spells(chance:20%)

Any ideas appreciated as ive gotten a few mixed reports here and there...pre-emptive thanks!
