no, i tried setting norgu up as a PP/shatter mes and didnt perform its job

You guys know that you can make heroes any given at any given time? Just select a target, and then click Shatter Delusions. To do that, just press the number in the gray box next to the heroes name, and click the skill you want them to use.

No, they use it to shatter any old hex.

I tried it with Norgu: Web of Disruption + Drain Delusions...he used it to strip things like Frustration and Clumsiness
