Armor +7 vs. elemental damage

Crippling Storm Bow of Enchanting
Piercing Damage 15-28 (req. 10)
Damage +15% while health is above 50%
Lengthens Crippled duration of foes by 33%
Enchantments last 20% longer

Both are gold.
