PC on gold max Vampiric Celestial Sword

Hello all, I actually got a decent drop this time. Here's the stats: gold, max dmg, req9 swords, damage+15% while enchanted and vampiric 3/1.
No pommel mod, so should I put one in? Levi's thread says 30hp Fort or 20% enchantment sell the highest.

Checks on the auction site show decent cel-swords asking for 100k-150k but I don't see many bids at all, so wanted to ask experts. Any advice on what this is worth and then if modded by me are much appreciated.
