I see some people sell whole lot of Gold weapons, how do they do that? is there a special spot to get those items? i only have nightfall.

gold items r just rare drops, you can get almost any weapon in gold. Its all random but places have been over farmed. Find a place that has alot of guys that you can kill easily, then keep doing it over and over.

Well I know that personally I made a ton of money off the (now nerfed) stygian chest run in DoA. There were so many possible good items in those chests that it was hard NOT to make money on them.

I saw bots selling unid gold axes shields etc., I bought !18! gemstone axes. (he had lot more imo, coz he wanted to sell me more and more -.-). So how is it possible?

You have seen in this thread how it's possible, you just farm up some areas, that guy could have been farming gemstones since the first time he got near the spot, and just saved up his drops.. A lot of people like seeing in bulks, especially when talking about ectos and shards...

Could be he's the sales rep for a team of farmers...All the golds flow into his inventory to be sold, while the army goes out and acquires more.
What's interesting is to consider is that if bots are farming and things have to be sold, doesn't that mean prices for items trends down rather than up. Anet's arguement against farming is that it drives prices up, since there's all this extra gold to acquire items. Seems backwards to me since these guys are dying to empty their inventories for gold, that doesn't go into buying items, but more likely goes into sales of gold for real world monies.

Yeah, I miss griffon farming with a PASSION. A net stuck the stupid kephket queen in there instead, what a dumb move.. it's not even possible to solo the kephket...
And I doubt they were bots, they could have easily just been trying to sell something.

well i got most of my golds from domain of anguish chests, the stygian veil CR which is now know to be nerfed, i ran 400+chests there and got 30purples, rest where all golds, but as thats nerfed , why not try the monk silver armor farm outside of GoM,it is good for money and gold drops in 1-2 runs.

some guilds farm together and give all the golds to a designated 'seller' who spams dis. 1 of LA, KC and vabbi ... they can rack up a lot of golds in a 20+ people guild, its kinda like a business

Griffon drops are crap anyway, there are about 15 of them outside of Augury Rock in Skyward Reach. I've never gotten a single gold from them.
And the Marrow Scarabs/Scarab Nest Builders drop amazing loot with many gold items and gold, mainly due to the fact that they don't drop collectibles or armor or any other generic mob trophies; thus dropping more weapons/gold.
