Hey,

I have one main charcter, which is a W/N (Warrior/Necromancer). If I dedice to make a 2nd Chasracter, would a Dervish type character be good for his/her first class, then mabye a assiassn for the 2nd??

Secondary isnt important. Its barely ever used on a dervish, and you can change it in a second. but if all youve played is a warrior a dervish might be a little complex for you. maybe start with ele, thats a safe step up from the simplicity of a warrior.

Personally i would go with D/W since you can use Wild Blow which is amazing on Dervishes. Always a critical hit with a 41 max dmg on scythe, all that dmg PLUS taking away stances (not to mention it cant be blocked) its almost a staple on dmg dealing dervishes.

Agreed, so far this has been most effective for me.
Also a D/E with a Conjure (frost/lightning/flame) Works fairly well. It allows you to keep up one long enchantment without the negative -1 energy degen. And.. +12 damage is always nice.

Definately warrior for wildblow. Honestly a Dervish is pretty self sufficient. You won't be using your secondary very often. My D\W only has one warrior skill on his bar and that's Wild Blow for the critical hits. SPAMMABLE UNBLOCKABLE STANCE ENDING CRITICAL HITS! That should get your motor running right there.

I use Devish/Necromancer just because animating bone minions and horrors is something good for distracting enemies' attention while u spam your attacks on them. I personally only ever use my secondary for something incredibly hard which doesn't come around in NightFall... I have done all the mini quests but i cant seem to ind any primary missions... thats another story though. Just pick scythe mastery and something else. Oce you have 12 scythe mastery do mysticism and repeat untill you can basically own with your important spells. Scythe mastery is all i use. I only use vital boon for its Hp bonuses.

D/W is good for [skill]Wild Blow[/skill]
D/E is good for skills like [skill]Armor Of Earth[/skill] and [skill]Stoneflesh Aura[/skill]
If using [skill]Avatar Of Melandru[/skill] D/Mo is good for [skill]Draw Conditions[/skill]

ALL devishes should have SOME kind of tanking with enchants. maxing scythe mastery is not a bad idea but also remember to have earth and myth in order to tank. how could u only use 1 enchant on a PvE dervish build??? (im assuming its pve since u use minons. if its pvp then this is just sad...)
