Rebuild or Disband?

well its comes to it....

my guild is down to 5... all except me have not been on in a long time.... it was once up to 20ish active players ...pve centered.... but now It has gone by the way side...



but.... since then I have had interests in pvp and I'm considering starting a pvp base...(starting of course with AB/TA) my question is...

Is it worth trying to rebuild a pvp guild these days? or should I just find a guild of my own to join? ....I love my guild's name and cape...and I cant seem to part with it...

I wouldn't even think of AB if I were you I would start off in TA and get some players from there.This is a good place to get some good PvP players as some big guilds go there to look for new bodies as well and getting a few officers can help you with that so it might be a good idea to hold on to your guild.Good Luck as I am going through the same process mine is beta that for the most part.

are u the leader of the guild? if not i would guess its gonna be pretty difficult to rebuild, but if you try good luck to you

The same thing happened to the guild I'm in now. We kept losing players slowly, for various reasons, hardly recruiting anyone to fill their place, and then one day we noticed we had dropped from a guild of over 20 members to a guild of under 10. We rebuilt, and it's gone well. It can be done, you just have to make sure you recruit good, active members and you'll be fine. Since then, we've held the Hall of Heroes a few times and we're getting back into GvG. We have a good group now and things are going well... it will take some time though.

Disband. I have been in farming guilds, AB guilds, TA guilds, PvE guilds, HA wannabe guilds and GvG guilds. I have spent several months trying to rebuild a GvG guild with a friend of mine and dispite that 2 seasons ago we held in the top 200's i left lastnight realizing that every guild dies for a reason and trying to rebuild a dead guild is hopeless.

I think you should rebuild. Guilds have their rises and falls, and if you want to have a pvp guild, I believe that part of the game is creating the guild. Sure, it is hard to rebuild a guild, but with a little work and a lot of luck you'll make it. Some people may think that "if it's gonna screw up in the end, what's the point?" Well, if civilization is going to come to an end eventually, why do we become civilized? My thoughts would be to stick around for the goals, not for the future.

I've tried to support rebuilding Dynasty Warriors [DW] (the original team yes) 3 times and look where they are now...
