Hero's and XP Quests

Are hero's no longer getting XP from quests? Or perhaps just the News Years quests?

I have a level 13 hero who has been in my group for 17k XP gain and nada.

I noticed that also =(
Was hoping to get easy exp to level up Zenmai, the assassin hero.

Could be just the festive quests, but I noticed this as well.

Heroes aren't getting XP from skillcaps now either. It was a good way to remove any DP accumulated on the way.

Heroes don't get XP from the Festival Quests.
It says it in the quest description

Where does it say that they don't get the XP?
