Are hero's no longer getting XP from quests? Or perhaps just the News Years quests?

I have a level 13 hero who has been in my group for 17k XP gain and nada.

Heroes aren't getting XP from skillcaps now either. It was a good way to remove any DP accumulated on the way.

Heroes don't get XP from the Festival Quests.
It says it in the quest description
