Is there a bug that isn't letting Wing Three Blades appear to cap Triple Chop in the last few days? Since they changed the way you get the Sin hero and/or the Weekend event? A few of us have been where he is supposed to be (with no active quests open) and he is not there and doesnt appear.
Anyone know?

Why would someone ask if it didn't matter?
If you have a quest taken where you're friendly to the am fah he won't appear.
If you have a quest taken where you're friendly to the am fah he won't appear.

We have no active quests...and the Am Fah are agressive to us.

[wiki]Wing's Axe[/wiki] is something I wouldn't mind getting my hands on. Not sure why. I'm just random like that sometimes.

Same thing happened to me. I got no active quest on Kaineng Center or Faction expansion. I logged in my other account and he spawned. I tried capturing by forming a group (with the 2 accounts) and he did not spawn this time. So I think it is bugged.
