Hi, im coming from nightfall to tyra, and i talked to the guy, Lionguard Figo. and when i talk to him he just said some statement and i can only x out of it. i have gotten this necro before from a different char but i was wondering why i cant get it from this one. any ideas?

Try going to the docks in Kamadahn. It's possible that the quest giver for Olias is now there.

I know this is how it was there for zenmai when I tried it a couple of days ago.
