yup. thats on some paragon armor to and sunspear weps.

Are those symbols taken from real life as inspiration for
symbols of the Order of the Sunspears,
or those symbols was made up specially for game GW?

Symbol "Wheel of Dharma" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dharmacakra
is similar as symbol of Sunspears.
