From KC, you run to the Marketplace, go to the Kaineng Docks, talk to First Mate Xiang and you'll zone to Seitung Harbor where you go out the Saoshang Trail zone and the run should be really easy for a high level character. This path will lead you to the Shing Jea Monastery.

The marketplace is due south of kaineng center.
