New NPC for halls pls

Festival Hat NPC for hall, so while the guild is partying in hall you dont have to map to LA or kamadan just to get your crazy cool hats. We have booze parties every saturday nights as we go for drunkard titles, lovin those event items (sparklers running in hall as we dance drunk with our diff masks =])

More guild hall additions are always nice and this one would be *really* simple to implement.

This has been suggested before, I /signed then and I'll /sign again. GH is the bestest place ever for festival hat npc.

... would make a good gold sink and then folks won't have to map around.

Also, then you could get masks for PvP characters.

so easy to do and so worth it... and i am so haveing booze parties in my hall now, thanks for the idea... and with the new sweettooth tittle it will be booze and sugar.... can you say vomit >.<

Yeah! More Guild Hall NPCs!

Cooker: 100k, creates food with collected ingredients depending on the receipt. (Monster trophies)
At first, only few recipes would be available, and once guildies show him more trophies (collector items) he would unlock more receipts.
Items you can buy for gold in merchants would cost the same ammount of gold in trophies to get. So no extra gain. Just a reason to hunt or keep collectable stuff.

Brewer: 100k, creates spirit drinks with collected ingredients, works as the Cooker.

Definitely wish this would be added. But they need to make all these guild hall NPCs cheaper. 100k is a ton of money.
