I was wondering if there is anyone out there with a fully Unlocked All Skills PvE character. Meaning they have all skills + elites across all 10 classes and runes/inscriptions unlocked.
If you do, how long did it take and is there any "fast" way to do it?

I have an account that is that way, not necessarily one particular character. My ranger has all elites for all classes on him but not all normal skills for all classes those are unlocked by the primary characters they belong to.
To do it with just skills would probably take about two weeks. Runes and mods is all dependent on how much you fight and where.

Do the kurzick FFF for a tonne of XP for skill points, and farm ettins for runes, chets run for mods.
